shipping zones & costs
we currently ship to spain and all 26 european union countries.
spain — €5.50
european union — €10.00
all prices include VAT. orders are dispatched from our atelier in palamós, girona.
delivery times
orders placed before 14:00 CET ship the next business day. orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on spanish public holidays ship the following business day.
spain — 2-3 business days from dispatch
european union — 4-7 business days from dispatch
delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date, not the order date. these are estimates only — we cannot guarantee against carrier delays.
order tracking
once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

returns & exchanges
under EU consumer rights, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
important — swimwear & intimates. for hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to swimwear or intimate items once the protective hygiene strip has been removed, altered, or damaged (article 16(e) of directive 2011/83/EU and article 103(e) of spanish royal legislative decree 1/2007).
to preserve your right of return, items must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- with all original tags attached
- in original packaging
- with the hygiene strip intact and unbroken
to start a return, please email claudia.corominas@outerhours.eu with your order number within 14 days of delivery. you bear the cost of return shipping. refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
damaged or lost items
if your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email claudia.corominas@outerhours.eu within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge.
if your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window plus 5 business days, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
