Shipping zones & costs

We ship from Barcelona to Spain and the 26 countries of the European Union. All prices include VAT.

  • Spain — €5.50 Estándar
  • European Union (26 countries) — €10.00 Estándar Internacional
    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delivery times

All orders are dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or Spanish public holidays are dispatched on the following business day.

  • Spain — 2-3 business days from dispatch
  • European Union — 4-7 business days from dispatch

Delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date, not the order date. These are estimates only — we cannot guarantee against carrier delays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.

If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at claudia.corominas@outerhours.eu.

Damaged or lost items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email claudia.corominas@outerhours.eu within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window plus 5 business days, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
